Two Red Keys Make A Pair As Andrew Mixon Takes The Juggs!

The 2019 season for the North Dallas MGA has seen record attendance, unprecedented rain, and one of the most compelling wins in its short history!  Andrew “The Model” Mixon came into the Bratish as a long shot, mostly due to him never shooting a round under 90 at a Tour event. In his previous 11 tournaments, he has had 6 rounds over 100, with his best being a 94 in the 2019 Bastards.  Just to put it into perspective, in the first 3 events of his NDal MGA career, Andrew had a combined 372 stokes which earned him not one, but TWO Red Keys!  However, his improvement over the last year and a half cannot be denied.  Many would have quit, but Mixon plugged along and in his last three events shot 98, 94, and 99, as well as landing in the top ten for the Bastards!  With a strong field for the Bratish and a top five that included Myke Prier (86), Eric Pike (87), Jim Goetz (87), Matt Landrum and Trey Sherman (88), “The Model” shocked the field with an 83 and took home the coveted Claret Juggs for his first career win!
